Chick-fil-A East Lake Owner & Operator, Chris Darley, recently joined the advocate team at Four Corners Group. Chris and his staff will support the 8-week ‘Pathways’ program by providing student coaching and job readiness, including resume writing, application completion and interview preparation. Additionally, Mr. Darley has agreed to personally mentor two ‘Pathways’ students, and plans are underway to create a pipeline for graduates who wish to apply for employment at his East Lake Chick-fil-A establishment. Four Corners President, William Johnson, will begin leadership coaching for Chick-fil-A employees beginning December 2020.
